To register and use gt99c, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. gt99c reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

• You must be aged 21 years or older. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or automated system) and must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above, of gt99c or any affiliated company, software provider, or payment processor associated with the platform.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must not register using fictitious identities, names of third parties, or anonymising services.

gt99c conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or the redemption of bonuses are processed.

gt99c processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports local mobile financial services as the primary payment channels for players in Bangladesh. Deposit Conditions

Where prohibited conduct is identified, gt99c will take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or use of the platform to transfer or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of payments made to gt99c, or any attempt to obtain funds through misrepresentation or deception.
• Use of exploits, software vulnerabilities, or glitches to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Registration or operation of an account on behalf of any person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Harassment, abuse, threatening language, or discriminatory conduct directed at gt99c staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through arbitrage, bonus abuse networks, or coordinated multi-account strategies designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity.

gt99c operates a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud and financial crime. All suspicious account activity is monitored in real time, and gt99c cooperates fully with regulatory and law enforcement inquiries. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to withdraw any balance held in their account at the time of detection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt99c, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if gt99c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gt99c's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gt99c account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and gt99c, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance via live chat at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to formal resolution. gt99c's decisions on all game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final subject only to the formal dispute process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
